RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We promise the items you receive will same as our picture showed, and we will personalize your items exactly as the information you write.
Preconditions for Free exchange:
1. We sent the wrong order or products, you received broken items, or the quality of the products is very poor,or your items is damaged in logistics
2. You received the incorrect personalized information items(We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or item(s) of equal or lesser value.)
Please note that We will bear all the costs of goods and logistics,just send us an E-mail(service@kfjewelrys.com)with a photo of the items you received from us.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, MelodyNecklace will bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Preconditions for Full Refund:
We only accept a full refund 12 hours after the time you place your order,If you want to cancel your order,you need to E-mail us in 12 hours.
Preconditions for Half Refund:
We only accept Half Refund when your order went through 12 hours,because we already Handed in your order to our factory.
Preconditions for product return(In 100 days after your order was placed):
1. You chose the wrong size for your order.
2. Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste
3. You no longer need it or you don't want it now
4. The personalization you provide is wrong

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.
The customer will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
So then your refund will be=Your Order total-50% restocking fee-Shipping costs
Note: Customer can choose paid exchange instead if you still want your items.
Melodynecklace will bear the cost of exchange with customers together. The customer will bear the cost of logistics

Refund Time
Your Paypal account or credit card you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days to receive your refund from the day your return was confirmed and approved.
MelodyNecklace reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
